Refund policy 

CREATE YOUR OWN PICK N MIX IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

You are entitled to cancel your order up to any point before we dispatch your order, without giving any reason for doing so.

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there are any issues with your order please send us an email at bingsbean@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the order you have received. Ensure the bag has not been opened and the photo clearly shows the sweets you have received. If you have opened the pouch, we will be unable to refund/ exchange your items. We reserve the right to cancel any order. 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you have not received your order, please contact us within 6 weeks of the date of ordering the product. If you contact us outside of this time frame, the order will not be resent and no refunds will be given.
